Purpose and acceptance

These terms govern access to Bastions of Ash, an online strategy game operated by Antropus. Creating an account means accepting them. A minor must have permission from a legal guardian.

Account

You must provide a valid address, protect your credentials and report unauthorized access. Accounts are personal. Automation, account sharing, exploit abuse and attempts to disrupt the service are prohibited.

Conduct

Messages, names and content must not be unlawful, threatening, hateful, harassing or infringe another person’s rights. The publisher may moderate content or proportionately restrict, suspend or close an account following a breach.

Game, beta and availability

The service may evolve: balancing, worlds, rules and beta data may change. Maintenance, incidents and security needs can temporarily interrupt the game. Permanent error-free access is not guaranteed.

Free service, Obols and Premium

Bastions of Ash remains available free of charge. When the store is enabled, one-off payments buy account-bound Obols that can activate fixed Premium periods, with no subscription or automatic renewal. Obols are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Purchases are governed by terms of sale accepted separately for each order.

Liability and applicable law

The publisher is responsible for its obligations within the limits of French law. These terms are governed by French law without depriving consumers of mandatory protections. Contact Antropus first to seek an amicable solution.

Changes

The terms may be updated to reflect the service or law. Material changes will be announced in the application and may require renewed acceptance.
