Scope and acceptance

These terms govern consumer purchases of Obols and the supply of Premium by Antropus. They supplement the terms of use. Their version can be reviewed before each order and is then expressly accepted in Stripe Checkout; Stripe returns evidence of that acceptance to Antropus, which retains it with the order and a snapshot of the applicable terms. Purchases are reserved for adults and minors with prior permission from their legal guardian.

Obols

Obols are digital units usable only in Bastions of Ash, bound to the account and shared across its worlds. They are not legal tender, electronic money, crypto-assets or investments. They bear no interest, cannot be transferred, resold or redeemed for cash, and do not expire while the account and service remain available.

Offers and prices

Permanent offers are 600 Obols for €4.99, 1,260 Obols including 60 bonus units for €9.99, and 3,300 Obols including 300 bonus units for €24.99. Prices shown before ordering are in euros under the VAT scheme stated in the seller panel. A rolling €50 limit over thirty days applies to each account.

Premium

Premium is supplied for 7 days for 140 Obols, 14 days for 275 Obols or 21 days for 400 Obols. Periods can be combined within a maximum future horizon of 365 days. There is no subscription or automatic renewal, and time continues during vacation mode. The exact functions are shown before activation.

Order, payment and supply

The customer reviews the pack and total price, then separately requests immediate supply and acknowledges the stated consequences for the right of withdrawal. The customer reviews and accepts these terms in Stripe Checkout before confirming the one-off payment. Antropus credits Obols only after authoritative confirmation by Stripe and emails durable confirmation containing the order, accepted version, consent and withdrawal form. Antropus stores no full card number or security code.

Withdrawal and contractual refunds

Consumers generally have fourteen days to withdraw. Immediate supply of digital content and any loss of that right require prior express consent, express acknowledgement and durable confirmation as required by law. Independently of statutory rights, Antropus provides a full refund within fourteen days for an order where no Obol, including bonuses, has been used. After any units are used, requests are reviewed under statutory rights and the service already supplied. Requests can be filed from order history.

Legal conformity guarantee

Obols and Premium benefit from the statutory guarantee applicable to digital content and services. For one-off supply, consumers have two years from supply to seek a remedy for lack of conformity and, for one year, need only establish the defect’s existence. For continuous supply, the guarantee applies during the contractual period. Conformity is due free of charge, without unjustified delay or major inconvenience; price reduction or contract termination is available where provided by law.

Refunds, disputes and closure

An accepted refund normally returns to the original payment method and removes unused Obols from the order, including bonuses. A dispute may temporarily freeze remaining units while reviewed, without an automatic account penalty. If the service closes permanently, Antropus gives reasonable notice where possible and handles unused purchased Obols and undelivered Premium periods under consumer law.

Complaints, mediation and law

Complaints must first be sent to sales@bastionsofash.com with the order reference. After an unresolved written complaint, consumers can use the independent mediator identified on this page free of charge. French law applies without removing mandatory protections in the consumer’s country of residence, and statutory jurisdiction rules remain applicable.

Send an unambiguous statement to sales@bastionsofash.com containing the reference, pack, order date, account email, your name and address, and request date. An online form is also available from order history.
